Cancellation Policy:
If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice,  your credit card on file will be charged the full price of the appointment scheduled.

No-show Policy:
If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment your credit card on file will be charged the full price of the appointment scheduled.

Late Policy:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, the remainder of your time-slot may be forfeit  to another patient.

Non-refundable Payment Policy:
All services and products purchased are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for the full or partial cost of any used products or services.

Insurance:
We are not participants of any insurance network (in other words, we are considered an "Out-of-Network" provider). If you have out-of-network acupuncture benefits we can provide you with a "super-bill" for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
